Stuart Johnson

A Bible-teacher and historian, Stuart lives in Sydney with his wife Gail and their three daughters. He has a background in campus ministry in Brisbane and Sydney. In addition to his lecturing and Board-director work for MCSI, Stuart is presently involved with the Centre for the History of Christian Thought and Experience and the Australian Fellowship of Evangelical Students (both at Macquarie University). He was formerly Director and lecturer in theology for the School of Christian Studies, Robert Menzies College.

Stuart has a B.A., Wollongong University; M.R.E., Birmingham Theological Seminary; M.A., Macquarie University; Stuart has a PhD in Australian history from the University of New South Wales. Presently Stuart is working on a biography of John Fairfax.

Stuart lectures in the following subjects:
