Online Enrolment Application This online form allows you to apply to enrol in units of study offered by Macquarie Christian Studies Institute. You can also choose to pay fees for these units of study via credit card online if you wish. Please note that your enrolment will not be complete until you have received a Confirmation of Enrolment notice from MCSI.

Before completing this enrolment application you need to determine your eligibility for enrolment and decide what type of enrolment is suitable for you.     REGULATIONS

    For full details of regulations students must consult the Regulations section of the appropriate manual of the Australian College of Theology and the MCSI Student Handbook.

    Closing Dates for Enrolments: Students should normally enrol before the commencement of the semester. In 2008 late enrolments will be accepted until 5pm on the following dates:
    Summer Intensive Units: second day of classes
    Semester One: Friday 7 March with no penalty. Enrolment applications or variations after this date and prior to the census date of 31 March will be subject to approval of lecturer and will incur a variation fee of $100 per subject.
    Winter Intensive: second day of classes
    Semester Two: Friday 15 August with no penalty. Enrolment applications or variations after this date and prior to the census date of 31 August will be subject to approval of lecturer and will incur a variation fee of $100 per subject.

    Withdrawals: Students wishing to withdraw must notify the MCSI Registrar in writing. The following regulations apply regarding academic and fee penalties for withdrawals:
    Semester One: Withdrawals notified after 5pm Friday 7 March and before 5pm Monday 31st March: no academic penalty. Students may receive full refund of any fees paid and will not incur a FEE-HELP liability, but a variation fee of up to $300 applies.
    Withdrawals notified after 5pm on census date of Monday 31st March and before 5pm on withdrawal date of Friday 14th April : no academic penalty applies. However students will incur a FEE-HELP liability and will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid. No variation fee applies.
    Withdrawals notified after withdrawal date of 14 April will result in a Fail grade (FW) for the unit/s. Students will incur a FEE-HELP liability for the unit/s and will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid. No variation fee applies.
    Semester Two: Withdrawals notified after 5pm Friday 15 August and before 5pm Friday 29 August: no academic penalty. Students may receive full refund of any fees paid and will not incur a FEE-HELP liability, but a variation fee of up to $300 applies.
    Withdrawals notified after 5pm on census date of Friday 29th August and before 5pm on withdrawal date of Friday 12th September: no academic penalty applies. However students will incur a FEE-HELP liability and will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid. No variation fee applies.
    Withdrawals notified after withdrawal date of 12 September will result in a Fail grade (FW) for the unit/s. Students will incur a FEE-HELP liability for the unit/s and will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid. No variation fee applies.

    Withdrawals from summer and winter intensive units: students wishing to withdraw from a unit offered in intensive mode must do so before the completion of classes for the unit by notifying the MCSI Registrar in writing. Failure to notify of withdrawal by these dates may result in a Fail grade for the unit/s and the payment of a substantial fee penalty.

    Re-crediting FEE-HELP balance: Candidates who withdraw after the census dates and wish to apply for re-crediting of their FEE-HELP balance must apply in writing to the Academic Administrator of the Australian College of Theology. A copy of the regulations for re-crediting FEE-HELP balances can be found on the Australian College of Theology website www.act.org.au.
